You can track the performance of your broadcast using the View option (represented by an eye icon) located beside the Start/Stop button in the Broadcast section. Follow these steps:
Click on the Eye Icon beside the broadcast you wish to analyze.
Before diving into the detailed view, you can also see numerical analytics at the top of the page, including:
Total Sent
Total Delivered
Total Read
Total Replied
Total Error
A new page will open displaying a Pie Chart, which visually represents the broadcast data:
Read: Percentage of users who have read the message.
Unread: Percentage of users who have not yet read the message.
Undelivered: Messages that haven’t been delivered to recipients.
Errored: Messages that encountered an error and were not sent, as reported by WhatsApp.
You can filter the data based on these statuses: Read, Not Delivered, Error, or Not Read. Once filtered, you’ll get a detailed view of the selected category. Additionally, you can open the chat of any specific number directly from the option available on the right-hand side of each record.
You also have the option to export specific filtered data for further analysis or reference.
Note: This feature is not limited to Broadcasts — it also works for Sequence Campaigns, providing the same analytics and filtering capabilities.
