Viewing Analytics

You can track the performance of your broadcast using the View option (represented by an eye icon) located beside the Start/Stop button in the Broadcast section. Follow these steps:

  • Click on the Eye Icon beside the broadcast you wish to analyze.

  • Before diving into the detailed view, you can also see numerical analytics at the top of the page, including:

    • Total Sent

    • Total Delivered

    • Total Read

    • Total Replied

    • Total Error

  • A new page will open displaying a Pie Chart, which visually represents the broadcast data:

  • Read: Percentage of users who have read the message.

  • Unread: Percentage of users who have not yet read the message.

  • Undelivered: Messages that haven’t been delivered to recipients.

  • Errored: Messages that encountered an error and were not sent, as reported by WhatsApp.

  • You can filter the data based on these statuses: Read, Not Delivered, Error, or Not Read. Once filtered, you’ll get a detailed view of the selected category. Additionally, you can open the chat of any specific number directly from the option available on the right-hand side of each record.

  • You also have the option to export specific filtered data for further analysis or reference.

Note: This feature is not limited to Broadcasts — it also works for Sequence Campaigns, providing the same analytics and filtering capabilities.
