How to create a Sequence Message in Implifie Technologies

Log in to Implifie technologies

Go to Implifie Technologies and log in with your credentials.

Access the Sequence feature

Once logged in, navigate to the Sequence option from the main dashboard.

Create a New Sequence

Click on the New Sequence button to initiate a new sequence campaign.

Name your Broadcast

Enter a unique and identifiable name for your Sequence. This helps in tracking and managing multiple campaigns efficiently.

Select your working hours

Define the working hours during which you want the messages to be sent. This ensures your messages reach recipients at appropriate times.

Select your Target audience

You have three options to add recipients to your broadcast:

• Select contacts from your contact list available within the website.

1. Choose contacts from a previously uploaded CSV or XLSX file.

Select the column which consists of phone numbers.

1. Upload a new CSV or XLSX file containing the contacts.

Add Steps to your sequence

Select the add steps option to start creating tour Sequence.

Once you select the add steps option, a box will appear. Select the template of your choice and click on add step. This creates your first step of the sequence campaign.

Step 2 and Beyond

For the second step of your sequence campaign, begin by selecting the desired message template. Next, specify the time delay after which the second step should be sent. Once configured, click on "Add Step" to include it in the sequence.

You can repeat this process to add as many steps as needed for your campaign. Additionally, there is no restriction on maintaining the same time interval between consecutive steps — you can set different time periods between each step based on your campaign requirements.

Launching the sequence campign

Once all the steps have been added, click on "Create Sequence" to complete the setup. To start the campaign, navigate to the home page of the Sequence section and click the "Start" button. You also have the flexibility to pause or stop the campaign at any time as needed.
