Choose a unique name for your template.
Ensure the name is relevant to the purpose of your message for easy identification.
Select the Template Category
Choose between Utility or Marketing based on your message type.
○ Utility: For essential service-related messages such as order updates or appointment reminders.
○ Marketing: For promotional messages like special offers, discounts, or customer engagement.
Choose the language
● Select the language in which you want to send the template.
● Ensure the selected language aligns with your audience’s preferences.
Select a Header type (Optional)
You can add a header to make your message more engaging. Options include:
● Text: A simple title, which can include a variable for personalization.
● Image: Upload an image relevant to your message.
● Video: Attach a video for better engagement.
● Document: Include PDFs, brochures, or guides.
● Location: Share a specific location if needed.
If you choose Text as the header, you can add a variable such as the recipient’s name for a personalized touch.

● Keep it clear, concise, and relevant to the category you selected.
● If applicable, use placeholders or variables for dynamic content.
● You can also add variable to your body
● The footer can be used for additional information such as company details, disclaimers, or support messages.

Enhance your template by adding interactive buttons. You can choose from the following options:
Phone Number Button – Allows users to call a specified number.
URL Button – Directs users to a website or landing page.
Quick Reply Button – Provides pre-set response options for users.
Copy Code Button – Displays a code that users can easily copy, such as a discount code.
WhatsApp Form Button – Allows users to fill out a form via WhatsApp.
After selecting a button type, enter the button name and the required details.
Final Step: Save and Submit for Approval
● Review your template to ensure all information is correct.
● Click Submit to send the template for approval.
● Once approved, you can start using the template in your campaigns.
