Implifie offers an intuitive and flexible platform for creating customized WhatsApp forms that help collect user data directly via WhatsApp interactions. Whether you're collecting appointments, leads, or feedback, WhatsApp forms streamline your communication and automate data capture efficiently.
This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to create a WhatsApp form using the Implifie dashboard.
Go to the Automation Section From the left-hand menu, click on "WhatsApp Form". This is where all your previously created WhatsApp Forms are stored and managed.
Go to the Automation menu on the left side of your dashboard and click on “WhatsApp Form.”
Then, click on the “+ Add WhatsAppForm” button to start creating a new form.
In the new form screen:
Enter a relevant name in the “WhatsAppForm Name” field.
Select the appropriate Category from the dropdown list (e.g., Appointment Booking, Survey, etc.).
Click on the “+ Add Screens” button to create a new screen in your form.
By default, the first screen will be labeled as Screen 1.
Once inside Screen 1, you'll see a variety of form components available. Click on the ones you want to include:
Text Elements: TextHeading, Subheading, TextBody, TextCaption
Input Fields: Text, Date, TextArea
Choices: Checkbox, RadioButton, Dropdown
Media Inputs: DocumentPicker, PhotoPicker
Click each element to add it to the screen layout.
Add More Screens (Optional)
To build a multi-step form, click on “+ Add Screens” again.
This allows you to add Screen 2, Screen 3, etc., each with its own set of elements.
Once you've finalized your screens and inputs:
Optionally, click “Preview” to check how it will appear to users on WhatsApp.
Click “Save WhatsAppForm” to store it.
Once you click “Save WhatsAppForm,” you will be redirected to the WhatsApp Form homepage.
On this dashboard, locate your newly created form.
Click the “Publish” button next to it to make the form live.
On this same dashboard, you can also:
Track how many users have triggered the form.
View the form name, category, and current status (Published/Unpublished).
Edit or duplicate the form using the action buttons.
