WhatsApp Number
The WhatsApp Numbers section is where you manage all the WhatsApp Business numbers integrated into your Implifie account.
WhatsApp Numbers Overview
This screen displays a table with key information about each connected number:
Number Alias: A user-defined name or label for easy identification of the number (e.g., “Implifie Technologies”).
Number: The actual WhatsApp Business number linked to your account.
Status: Indicates the verification status of the number (e.g., Verified).
Quality Rating: A visual indicator showing the health of your number's messaging performance.
Throughput: The type of throughput level assigned to the number (e.g., STANDARD), which determines the message sending capacity.
You can use the Refresh Numbers button to update the list in real-time, ensuring you see the latest number status and attributes.
Adding a New Number
To connect a new WhatsApp number:
Click on the “Add Number” button in the top right.
Follow the on-screen steps to integrate a new number through WhatsApp Cloud API or related services (steps may vary depending on backend integration).
💡 Make sure the number is registered and verified on the Meta Business platform to fully utilize the features.
