Working Hours

The General Settings section allows you to manage and configure your operational hours within the Implifie dashboard. This setting ensures your chatbot and automated workflows behave as expected based on business hours.

Working Hour Overview

On this page, you’ll see a list of existing working hour configurations. Each row displays:

  • Name: The title of the working hour block (e.g., “Working Hours”).

  • Details: The active days and the time range during which the bot will perform actions.

  • Actions: Options to edit or delete an existing working hour setup.

✨ Tip: You can add multiple working hour blocks depending on your business needs, such as different shifts or timezones.

Adding Working Hours

To create a new working hours schedule, click the “Add Working Hours” button.

A form will appear with the following fields:

  • Working Hours Name: Enter a name for this set of hours, such as “Weekdays Shift” or “Evening Hours.” This helps you identify it later.

  • Select Time zone: Choose the appropriate time zone to ensure the timing aligns with your local business hours.

  • Select Working Days: Tick the days you want this schedule to apply to. You can select any combination of weekdays and weekends.

  • Select Start Time: Specify the time you want Implifie to start functioning.

  • Select End Time: Set the time at which Implifie should stop operating for that day.

Once all fields are filled in, click the “Create Working Hours” button to save the schedule.

🧠 Note: Implifie will only perform automated responses and actions during the configured timeframes.
